I’ll tell you one thing, I’d hate to never be able to eat yummy stretchy bread again.
But I enjoy all the bread and pasta in the world (:
I dare one of you to tell me you heard of gluten free before 2011, you’re a damn liar.

this doesn’t affect me so it must be fake headass
Not sure if it’s a troll thread but it’s more just we only realised gluten allergies was a thing only recently.

How do you know?
im celiac f*** u
That must f***ing suck man, gluten is in damn near everything
It's indeed real that people are sensitive to gluten and have reactions to it, and there should be products that offer those people more choice.
But "gluten-free" quickly became a marketing gimmick that implies healthier eating for everyone, just like "organic", "all natural", "no sugar added", "diet–", "low fat", etc... The bad part about "gluten-free" becoming one of these is that it's not unhealthy at all to eat gluten unless you have a sensitivity to it, but making gluten-free products doesn't require as much work in production so companies can save lots of money by skipping a totally normal step in making a product and market it to everyone as a health benefit.

This seems the most realistic, I remember when UTZ changed all the chips to “gluten free” them red hots never hit the same
