Most artists in general dont have 20 years of straight undeniably amazing music.
Its even rare for most artists to do it for 10.
Especially on a album ever 1-3 year cycle.Hov is objectively one of the most consistent but a good chunk of his discography is relatively "mid" in terms of nobody really celebrating it across all age demographics in Rap.
I like a good chunk of Hovs albums, even the misses, but most rap fans arent going back listening to all of those albums either, not even OG Hov stans.
