Currently listening to this book on my commute every day. Just finished the Yule ball chapter.

So far this is my favorite Harry Potter book. Much more mature and listening to it is very engaging

been thinking about this for a min but idk if i wanna do select books or the whole series. whole series would be a massive time commitment tho

Haven't read since like 5th grade and haven't re-visisted the films since the last released.

i dont wanna rewatch the movies without remembering book details first

It was a straight up godsend at the start of the pandemic, a really warm, comforting series.

The books are always better.

Bro I’m almost done with this book and just finished the graveyard chapters and Harry being brought back to Moody this ending is so f***ing crazy man. Prob gonna finish it tonight 2 chapters left

F***ing amazing halfway point, really sets the tone for the rest of the series.

One of the best books in the series imo.

and the filmmakers completely dropped the ball on the movie for it.

Do it. I didn’t read it as a kid or anything but did when I was like 20 and it’s a great series and lived up to the hype

Wow how inaccurate compared to the books!

Also the movie skips over chapters like 1-8 lmfao then skips to like chapter 13

All the major plot points are somewhat the same but there are missing characters and all side plots are like completely changed lmfao.

Wow I forgot about these books man what a throwback. I was reading Harry Potter waaaay back in 2nd grade it was my s***. I gotta read all of them again I have all the books. The memories
