Oh now you come crawling back
Even if this was me I’ve been against the remakes being over the shoulder too lmao

I confuse yall avys sometimes too . Get a more distinct avy .
gameplay wise this has gotta be more on the side of a remaster than a remake right?
OTS kind of slow combat isn’t really gonna fit in a character action game.
I am willing to bet they’ll take out all the f\*\*\*ing minigames but who knows

I doubt they’d start building anticipation this early if f it was just a remaster.

probably bad choice of words I just mean I could see them being true to 3rd person hack n’ slash gameplay
Pretty big yet vague leak via the gaming leaks subreddit:
Christopher Judge tells a fan at a convention the God of War remake will have updated fighting system.
More importantly, he then says "And you'll see what WE'RE doing "probably late summer" which seems to me like he's playing Kratos again and/or he's in Cory Barlog's next game.
feel like it felt like filler
whole game shoulda been very Thor centric and but i can only remember a handful of memorable moments
and the mythology gets a little convoluted. I liked how straightforward 2018 was.
that game peaked with that first Thor boss fight in the beginning lol

Was he allowed to say all this cuz wtf

lmao frrrr
after that the only other time it shined for me was when you were in that Giants house, visuals went all crazy
but after that Thor fight i was fully expecting an off the wall, battling all Norse gods the whole game like GOW3 but with Norse Gods, and instead it was a think piece on Loki and Odin

Spent the whole game hyping Ragnarok only for it to be a single mission that almost feels like an interactive cutscene s*** was insanely easy with little actual spectacle when you re expecting an all out war what a letdown
The big finale and it’s easier than any of the side missions and enemies throughout the game lmfao
Man, we probably aren’t getting the first until 2029.
The first is like a 10 hour campaign so they’re all being packaged together most likely
related, but I just beat chains of olympus for the first time. as a big fan of the original GOW trilogy, I never played the PSP games. this was a great bite sized adventure in the GOW universe with some fun action and epic set pieces. for a portable game in the franchise, it did its job well and kept me entertained for a few hours.
-Freya attacking Kratos and Atreus
-Thor fight
-Garm fight
-Atreus telling Kratos “don’t be sorry, be better”
-The Norn Witches scene
-Bar fight in Asgard
-Sindri grieving Brok
-The Berserker fights
-Every Faye scene
-“Loki will go, Atreus remains”
Like what are we talkinggg about

I just finished my playthrough of ghost of sparta on PSP.
compared to the first PSP entry, this is leaps and bounds better! a much more cinematic game with fantastic action all throughout, as well as a compelling story that led to a incredible final boss battle. an extremely underrated game in the series that I highly recommend.
only other game that i haven’t played besides sons of sparta is ascension. is that worth tracking down?

ascension was good. definitely the weakest of the OG mainline series but i enjoyed it.
