The game is pretty much a movie already and there's no way live action can top the action sequences

I don’t understand why studios wanna focus bringing movies and series to videogames that are very much like that already, and will be always better then it, because it doesn’t have Hollywood restraints.

Regardless of quality, at least the Sonic movies are actually bringing something new to the table. Giving these characters and franchises more depth in a cinema format. And it may sound like I’m talking outta my ass about “depth” and Sonic the hedgehog out of all things but I’d take a videogame movie/series that does something different that the game doesn’t do, rather than a sparknotes version of the OG game
