For Madrid: Museo del Prado is crazy if you like art. Parque del Retiro is huge is you like long and calm walk. Palacio Real is prob my fav place to visit there (usually there is a long queue but its pretty fast). Museo Nacional del Romanticismo is a cute place to go if you like romanticism/art. Santiago Bernabeu stadium if you a sports/football fan

For Barcelona: Ofc Sagrada Familia. Go for a walk in Las Ramblas (watchout for pickpocketing). Park Guell. CaixaForum. Botero’s Cat is a pretty meme statue too which i find kinda funny. Poblenou and Montjuïc cementeries have CRAZY architectural style.

For Sevilla: I went when I was a kid so I dont rebember but the must go i think they are El Alcazar, Plaza de España, Seville Cathedral, Casa de Pilatos, Torre del Oro (specially at night), Museo de Bellas Artes, etc

I think mediterranean (specially spanish) is the best gastronomy in the world so you have plenty of choices. I would reccommend tortilla, salmorejo, gambas al ajillo, patatas bravas, any tapas, paella, any sea food is top tier too

Skip the rental car. Biggest waste of money when we went there. They have trains, busses, and subways everywhere.

Yeah bro one day is perfect, it’s easily accessible by train from Barcelona and only like an hour away. Go there in the morning, spend a few hours exploring, and you’ll still have time to do stuff in Barcelona in the later afternoon/evening.

Hmmm there are buses (2 hours) for probably 10€ - 18€. you also can go on blablacar (sharing a car), its 1.30 more or less and its like 6€ - 10€
