ye u just gotta know what to buy there cuz its real nice for stuff in jars like olives, marinated artichoke hearts, pasta sauces, oils, etc. and then the frozen sxn goes nice for those super lazy days. I always get some frozen falafel cuz I throw two of those in the wraps I have for lunch at work everyday

in my experience their produce just like 30% more expensive than other places but the quality is fine. only produce i buy there regularly is cauliflower cuz for some reason thats like half the price of everywhere else. can get a huge head of organic cauli for 3 bucks
