how has no one said make them into a shake perfect answer, throw a bunch of spinach and kale with some berries/carrots/bananas/almond milk that s*** is easy mode. can't even taste them with the other s*** added if you don't fw the taste and you get sugars + potassium etc

  • shakes are a godsend if you have appetite problems/disordered eating

  • putting kale/spinach in everything is a cheat code

Hmm, I eat a decent amount of carne asada tacos (which I've made salsa for it which helps a lil?)

Honestly, it depends on the month but normally shrimp/fish, chicken (wings have been cheap, I make rice a roni or potatoes to go with), street tacos, and I try to make a pot of something at least once a month (like red beans/rice, Etoufee, stuff like that)

Kinda versatile/I can actually cook is the crazy part

i feel like u can incorporate roasted okra as a side for ur pot recipes i fl like it goes well. i think they sell frozen sliced up but normally i buy it fresh bc i like having them whole but they do tend to mold p fast fresh

roasted broccoli (from frozn is easiest) wld probs b easy for u and work well w wings/fish, or a salad tbh (caesar, herby green, etc)

u cld probs do some sorta side salad for carne asada tacos tbh (mayb w avocado dressing)
or i just honestly buy radishes and cucumber and slice them up to eat on the side and char a whole scallion as well to eat w the tacos (muybuenoblog.com/cebollitas-asadas-grilled-green-onions like this but i literally do no seasonings besides salt and just broil it until it looks good. i think ideally u find a scallion w a fatter bulb)
if u wanna do somthing more u cld do like esquites or elotes

Smoothies, toss a f*** ton of raw kale and spinach in there and as long as you have enough fruits you won’t even notice it besides slight texture

Yep, this is the move lol

You do that s*** correctly and it’s a healthy meal that basically tastes like a dessert

Get the broccoli you can microwave in the bag and sprinkle some cheese on tp

  • For like 15 years been getting fresh carrots, peas, beans, cucumber, red/green/orange peppers, cauliflower and whatever else, washing them, chopping them into snackable sizes and throwing them in a big Tupperware tub. Whenever I need a snack I'll have them with some hummus or whatever healthy dip. Also nice to have prepped for cooking/grilling with whatever.

buy a bunch of bell peppers and carrots, cucumbers too if you like em, buy some hummus, cut everything into sticks and put them in the fridge. take out in between meals and eat with !!!A LITTLE BIT OF!!! hummus

the best habit of getting more vegetables is picking a day in your week to go out specifically to buy vegetables and fruits and do that every week

  • bro make sure you slowly introduce more veggies. that s*** can f*** up your gut rq

    veggies are overrated tbh

    fruits are the wave

  • I feel like they are easy to incorporate into meals, I struggle more with eating fruit

When I make rice i just throw in a good amount of frozen peas/carrots/corn in the rice cooker with it. Stir fry is an easy way to mix in whatever vegetables you like with the meat, like bell peppers/onion/mushrooms/baby corn/whatever really. Pasta is also a good one you can just thrown in handfuls of spinach, some tomatoes, and stuff like that.
If you make carne asada then make some guacamole

  • Gotta man up and eat some salad

  • Recently started living on my own and cooking for myself and realised damn, I'm missing a lot from my diet Most of my meals consist of meat, potatoes, onions and tomatoes. No carrots, peas, any other veggies or even rice Need to work on this

I love to snack on red bell peppers, no prep needed, just pull out the stalk with the seeds and munch

Also I do broccoli with pretty much anything, steak, fish, chicken.. I'm i'm boiling potatoes then i'm boiling some broccoli, I like to then slice the potatoes and fry them with the broccoli and butter, the broccoli breaks up and coats the potats

something I love to do is pan seared salmon, garlic, baby potatoes cooked and fried (in the pan after the fish) with broccoli, salted butter and a bit of chili pepper

    Also try get frozen kale
