The way its set up pisses me off so much. Going through stupid ass menu options n s***.

I'm actually surprised that they havent made a whole UI for that. Like imagine if when you call, you get connected to the bot or whatever and instead of speaking commands or inputing into the dial pad, the phone launches like a little program with UI pertaining to what the call is about and you just choose menu options. But it would still be a phone call where you can talk, you would just be interacting with your phone.
