People change themselves when they are able to get put in different situations and may perform or have a better attitude. in my eyes retail jobs are literally nothing more than a “get by” area where they will exploit you for little pay after a while which is why you should get out anyways.

I work at Target and it’s easy as s***. I literally barely try and am easily the best worker.
