Cant pickthat sounds like a lot, you can not go 16 times a year?
I think a call off is 1 point, if you dont call and not just show up its like 2-3 points (dont remember). If youre late its 1/2 a point. I think now they changed it to 5 points now instead of 8

Apr 4, 2021GlosephImo at least i felt defeated having to wake up everyday to see these really nice people get treated like s*** all the time rather it be from a manager or some a****** customer. My last 2 days i was there they had an old woman who had to be at least 70-80 working on unloading a truck.
She didn't have to work there either they were plenty of other younger workers that easily could've done it. A woman that old should not be forced to move 25-50 pound packages at a fast pace. Seeing stuff like that everyday starts to wear you down mentally.
Damn that is pretty f***ed up.

ehh even so its a reflection of your work ethic. if you're not willing to even show up on time i dont want you working for me either
