its a waste of time to work harder for the same pay, imo,

Yeah I threw the truck.
We never had three trucks... most we had is two on some days.
I lost a TON of weight when I worked there.

That’s not what I’m saying at all. I’m talking about how major corporations like this f*** us from our paid dues, and we’re expected to still consistently exceed expectations, or put in maximum effort even though in their eyes we’re nothing, but in reality we are their everything.

Because without US, THEY have nothing.

People should expect more, they should demand more. It’s not a sense of entitlement at all, because we are in fact entitled to it.

From what I hear Walmart employee systems are horrible. buddy of mine got automatically fired by the system because of a schedule error.

I got fired from Target as a cart attendant (which I didn’t apply for) because when I was bringing carts into the store (when we had 25-30 mph winds and I was the only cart attendant on staff) one of the carts at the end of the line slipped off and bumped into someone’s car. Barely even left a mark but they demanded I get fired on the spot.

So I was. The day after, but I was still fired because they threatened the store.

tbh a lot of people get fired by not coming to work. Walmart has like a point system by when you call off/not come into work. The points reset like every 6 months and If I remember correctly you only get 8

No. It was a 2003 Nissan or something, and the owner was some old lady in her mid to late 60s.

Screamed at me the entire time I put the carts up and when I went back into the store with her so she could report me.
