I'm most curious mostly to see if they keep jin as a main character, or if they make a new character. I feel like they'll likely keep jin, even though it'd make more sense to get a new character.

Imma be real w/ you, this game at 4k 60fps won't make a meaningful enough difference to require you to wait until after cyberpunk comes out.

i love jin, but we definitely need a new character imo

If they take their time on this one it’ll be a classic for sure

they need to improve combat, because you’re really just pressing two buttons over and over again

I feel like a new character would be better because then they could choose a part of mainland japan. Then again, they do give you a choice to kill yourself at the end. I was thinking though if you do play as jin, you're likely to be on the run from the shogunate if the game takes place in mainland japan.

I think though in general having a new character to allow for new skills and stuff would be more interesting than keeping jin. That way sucker punch doesn't pull a god of war 2 and just randomly take away all of your powers and s***.

How’s the English dub compared to the Japanese? What do you guys prefer

The lip sync in non-english languages bugs me but I still prefer the japanese dub over the english one, it just fits the vibe of the game more imo.

i wish there were more armor choices tho.

There is, but sadly theres only like 1-2 sets of armor for every playstyle. Once you get locked into what armor set you want to wear the game doesn't offer much depth in that.

i have almost all of them unlocked. i just wish there were even more. god of war i had the same complaint with.
