Sucker punch really hasn’t missed in ages. Ever since infamous (second son included) they’ve been on a complete hot streak that doesn’t get talked about enough.

I just started the game yesterday evening, and after seeing some comments online, I decided to go for Hard mode rather than Lethal, because apparently in the latter, because of the difference in damage dealt between Atsu and the enemies, the games becomes so hard and stressful that you cant enjoy basic combat gameplay. Can anybody confirm this? I usually play in the hardest difficulty but I usually always manage to get a good experience out of it nonetheless

not every game needs to be dark souls
i played on normal because some of the sequences when fighting are just too good to be interrupted by a cheap one shot stab in the back
I’ve been playing on hard difficulty with the miike mode, and it’s been a great experience. Never tried lethal but I’m good on that I think
I’m doing more side missions then the actual main missions
my favorite type of game tbh, when you don’t feel like you have to be completing main missions for something interesting to happen, you can just go anywhere and still have fun. fallout 3 was like that for me.

Exactly man game is just so perfect

I just like having a challenge, plus it adds longevity to the game for me, so it's usually a win-win situation

I'm 40 hours in and still only 48% with the story lol
This s*** taking longer than I expected, probably the first game I'm gonna plat in a while

I’ve played 18 hours on lethal, there’s some frustrating parts and duels are even harder than GoT, but I haven’t had too much of a problem and wouldn’t play on any other difficulty.
There’s less room for error than GoT lethal and it feels like you take a bit longer to get tools/abilities you really need for lethal, but that makes it all the more satisfying when you clear a tough encounter
