For whatever reason I got a notification saying the 1.04 patch couldn’t be downloaded after I already downloaded and installed it so I deleted the duplicate file but it ended up deleting the entire game. I really hope this means the saves are still there cuz imma be pissed tf off if they aren’t after this game redownloads. I’m almost done with act 1 and it quit on me mid mission

I’m pretty sure save files save separately as opposed to on the actual application. Check your storage settings on your PS4.

Great it says the save file was created using the 1.04 update so I have to wait until that’s finished downloading before I can play again but there’s 5 hours left currently.. Was looking forward to stopping at the end of act 1 but that’s not happening tonight

Anyways my first impressions on this are pretty positive for the most part. Gameplay is so f***ing fun but the story is generic so far and the characters are hella meh. I heavily dislike the route tracker in this game tho. Sure, the wind makes it more visually appealing, but it isn’t practical at all. I have to open up my map a dozen times to make sure I’m going the right way which is super inconvenient and annoying imo. Love the amount of stuff there is to do tho. I haven’t even touched a single side or mythic tale yet

I think this game needed like another month of bug fixes and polish. I lose immersion whenever I see too much clipping or I get a stand-off bug where the enemy walks right by me infinitely.

After beating act 1, I think the only areas of lacking for me are the stealth (which a lot of people have issues with my main problem is that the animation looks buggy), some of the armor customization I think just could have more options such as asymmetry, and the charm system while serviceable I wish there was a way that I could change loadouts on the fly so I don't gotta go back and forth through menus.

Some of the charms also feel like they could have just been included in the game as quality of life changes at certain levels.

While progression so far has been I think that besides gaining tech points and maximum hp you could gain some charms as passive effects but maybe tone them down or something. Like I shouldn't have to pause the game and swap out my runes because I wanted to heal while out of combat.

I think I am still in act 1, are any of the quests under time limits? i.e. can I still do wursts if I move to act 2?

This is the most distracting open world game I’ve ever played. I’ve never been sidetracked this easily from the main quest in a game before lmao. Not even complaining either, the world in this game is beautiful and so immersive.

How is the story generic? I've heard this a few times now and I really don't see how. Also why do you have to open up your map? Just follow the f***ing wind lmaoooo
