I watched the entire podcast after I watched the episode. To better understand what they were going for. Some of it helped but I am still left disappointed by what they said INCLUDING DAMON.

so yes based on how the show is set up, kerry going to jail doesn't feel satisfying. Noah being killed by Hal or John doesn't feel satisfying or right. so then what do you do?

I dont even know when we will see her or noah again outside of season 2 of a show that may or may not be greenlit and think Ellison wont be thrilled about some of the writing. So it only so much matters.

I am genuinely hoping John doesnt become a yellow lantern but they hint at it in the podcast.

And he is hiding the plans of a Manhunter. I think it's realistic for John, (who has already killed a villain, mind you!), to have some negative traits when dealing with something like his WORLD possibly being destroyed

I enjoyed the show a lot, didn't like how Hal was handled in the back half of the show though. Just wished they showed John suited up.

One thing that doesn't sit right is when hal asked kerry is there more like Noah and she hesitated before answering i feel like Zoe wouldn't just stop at creating 1 manhunter

I would have been much less harsh on the show if the show didnt exaggerate Lindelofs writing involvement and creation in lead up. once I heard it was much lower than they originally indicated when signing him coming off Watchmen. My hype lowered. Acting like he had a part in the creation as large as Tom King or Chris Mundy when he did not . I wish Damon Lindelof was the showrunner some because when originally announced that is what I thought was possible. I was wrong. This show for me feels like there was way too many writer sin the writing room and it feels like it even if you didnt know

I mean I didnt really expect John to get suited up for finale because i didnt expect major action for the finale. Save the suit some for actual action and full becoming a lantern. I just think they hinted at it happening too much this season for that fake out.

if there is always more what would have been accomplished by Hal killing the son of someone he loves when he could possibly lead him to actually villainous manhunters?
