No one said drama is superior within the thread

but a show , movie or game that can make you cry or emotional is sometimes more what you need in our given reality than "wow that looks cool exactly like the comic"

each person will have their own thing

sometimes you will need "WOW THAT LOOKS COOL THATS COOL"

sometimes you wiil need "that made me cry or think in ways I havent before"

that isnt looking down on anyone . When you have an inferiority complex you will think there is a divide.

I still think that counts as a spectacle when the constructs were used in the other episodes as well. It doesnt has to be some grand light show to still be considered a spectacle

It's funny how the discourse round this show is that people wanted lanterns to morph into a different show than the identity it established with its premise and the first few episodes. It's the opposite of what people wanted for wandavision. I dont think its bad to want more visual spectacle or grand shows from the show but using it as a knock on it isn't the right critique
