So from what we know a manhunter killed abin sur and hid himself in rushville and they have 48 hours to find out who it is before the ailens come in town and blow it up. Judging from the 2026 scens in episode 1, looks like the town gets blown up so they failed ? Is it possible that a manhunter got away by the end of 2016 and maybe dead hal we saw isnt actually him

Also John being able to keep the bird construct
stable for that long even after passing out really shows that he's top tier talent, no wonder why he got hal nervous
