Blue MagicIt's chill bro your skin will be red like the first time you use it but after that its cool, I use it once a week no redness or reactions anymore. It's really helped me with the patchy sections I just to have. If you're worried about messing up skin I'd say get one with a shorter needle length just to be safe, there's length guides you can check to see what you're comfy with and as @op said don't press too hard
