Yeah I would say any of those are good, or just straight up boxing/kick boxing. Depending on the quality of gyms in your area and stuff (that is if you're tryna take it at least a little serious) but most areas should have alright gyms now since MMA has blown up unless you live in like buttfuck nowhere

I live in Africa, not sure how big we are on MMA here. But I'll keep an eye out, should be a good Muay thai gym somewhere

Never been to Africa, really wanna go. There are actually 2 UFC champions right now which are both Nigerian (Isreal Adesanya / Kamaru Usman) so I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume that MMA is gonna blow up over there very soon if it hasn't already

I'm in South Africa, we're more advanced than most African countries so I should be able to find something. Just want a good teacher and hopefully I have the time for it with college and everything else

Haha yeaaah that’s exactly why I won’t do that stuff again. I feel like I’m at the point of my life where it’d take me down a dark path.

I might do it again, but my last few trips were hella nihilistic and I didn't get that same euphoria it used to give me. I appreciate the change in perspective but until I can put that change into practice in my everyday life, I'll stick with microdosing

There is a collective depression that is showing itself in the quality deterioration of almost everything...music movies videogames today are all significantly less quality than they used to be, perhaps due to automation.

    27

Also 27. Kind of going through this. As far as the music sxn you might be in the same boat as a lot of us where current music just isn’t appealing to you. I go in the music sxn to mod, I rarely find new (rap) music for myself to enjoy anymore lurking. It’s just not for me.

As far as gaming that’s just too big a part of my life but the same thing applies. I don’t care for all these cinematic games. But I can play Super Nintendo and Ps2 era games and never get tired.

Some of it is we are getting older and things aren’t appealing to us as time changes, some of it is depression. It can be one or the other but I think in most cases it’s a mix
