Seen people complain that there is no black character to play as which makes no sense to me

Only 3 gtas have black playable chars, SA, GTAV & one of the PSP side games

Most are white, some are black & rarely theyre hispanic or asian or middle eastern like one time a title (if including side games outside of the main so far 5)
