Yeah. To be fair gta 5 settings were so optimized it was future proof lol. The low settings are all the console settings and the medium ones look way better. The recommended was for medium

You can see the DNA of it in gtav and rdr2 but not as tight and well-made from a gunplay standpoint

Wish it was easily accessible on modern consoles. I still think about the flashback level in NYC that feels like max Payne 1/2
