That license plate they are referring to saying “vice city is coming soon” is one of the 100 randomly generated plate combinations in the original vice city and has been in the game since 2003. It’s just a coincidence tommy is riding it and people reading too much into things

So why didn't one of the other 99 license plates get shown? As I see it, Rockstar saw a great opportunity to tease GTA VI with this license plate and took it. I guess they got lucky this is one of the plates they generated back in the early 00s. Or maybe this was the plan all along.. I hate to see you being so skeptic about something fantastic that is very clearly unfolding before our eyes, while you do decide to believe random "discord" "insiders" about Kanye West & Kendrick Lamar releases. I've always expected the announcement and environment trailer to drop in 2021. the release date trailer in 2022 for a 2023 release. in 2023 we get the story trailer with the delayed announcement to 2024. in 2024 we get the gameplay trailers.
