Because they could have done so much more with GTA 5, yet chose to primarily focus on just GTA Online (which kinda sucks). I’m sure they’ll do the same or worse with GTA 6.
They tried to w**** out rdr2 online as well, but no one was ever going to give a f*** about that s***.

Oh yeah it’s a given that GTAO was gonna be s***. Money rules all and rockstar won’t ever go back to the fun of gta4 online
