Literally the only reason why any brain cells would be killed is if someone were to just breath in whippets for like a couple minutes at a time without taking any breaths of oxygen.

-Oxygen depravation. This only happens to people who breathe it in and hold their breath and don't breathe oxygen. Super duper avoidable
