Can always have a cheat meal if you counting calories, Caloric deficit and I basically eat whatever I want
Absolutely disgusted i had 4 slices of stuffed crust pizza (2 pepperoni slice and 2 cheese slice) with marinara sauce on the side and then I had two pieces of chocolate! My body hurts really bad. I also weighed myself and in the morning I was 124 and now I’m 130
I have walked 13000 steps, burned 2263 calories, climbed 11 floors, and walked 5.19 miles but I feel like tomorrow my weight will be stuck at 130
