Absolutely disgusted i had 4 slices of stuffed crust pizza (2 pepperoni slice and 2 cheese slice) with marinara sauce on the side and then I had two pieces of chocolate! My body hurts really bad. I also weighed myself and in the morning I was 124 and now I’m 130
I have walked 13000 steps, burned 2263 calories, climbed 11 floors, and walked 5.19 miles but I feel like tomorrow my weight will be stuck at 130

When I dieted strictly, I would do whole cheat days like once a month and I would go absolutely f***ing ham lmao. It never ruined my progress or made me gain any actual weight other than water weight that went away in a few days.
Stop checking your weight my ktt fam. All those miles you walk/run, all those flights. Just to never enjoy the tasty foods. That’s a shame. This is a lifestyle. Enjoy food, enjoy exercise. I also suggest you stop using the word “cheat meal” . Eat what you want fam. Of course you’ll always eat more healthy than the fatty foods.
