I know you said this mad condescendingly but hey look, you just shared new information with me that I didn't know about. I went and looked it up and learned something about the movie and how it's not so accurate an propping up something that wasn't good.
Isn't that what we should be doing? Talking about things instead of ridiculing others for liking somehting?

only argue with you about it really because you spend so much time throwing shade when you actually like about half the content (I like about 2/3rds)

suzukiim kinda over MCU and i havent seen the last few movies, but i did really enjoy following it through endgame. winter soldier, civil war, infinity wars, GOTG...these were fun movies.
one thing that does bother me about MCU fans on twitter especially is the anger directed at people who don't lavish it with praise, and the kind of persecution complex that they have about like..scorsese and others who have said some fairly harmless stuff about the movies.
like..it dominates the culture, take up so much space at the box office its impossible to ignore, in every possible way you've won...but it seems they need everyone to LOVE it otherwise they take it as a personal affront...just fandom culture in general these days, but it stands out with marvel. not everyone has to like it and the outsized impact it has had on hollywood the past decade

Well this is fair and I respect it. You’ve been very civil in this conversation. None of my negative responses were directed at you but people writing off my position as pretentious. Also to address that film at the end of the day I don’t care much if it is historically inaccurate as long as it’s good, I just think it was a weird choice of all things to highlight assuming you knew that information which I now know you don’t.

I say theyre more like the Universal Horror crossovers
my point is certain niches in cinema often get way too big to the point where they annoy everybody and that's all that's happening here it's not the end of the world. Everything gets played out eventually.
