Literally the only ORIGINAL material that Halo Studios contributed to this remake is the prequel missions and they’re garbage. That’s absolutely pathetic lol. Any developer can give a game a fresh coat of paint using Unreal Engine. Infinite dropped FIVE YEARS ago and this is all we’ve gotten from a studio that is supposedly dedicated to only the Halo IP.

Ever since 343/Halo Studios took over active development of the Halo franchise, they’ve literally contributed close to nothing of value.

I just finished the original CE on OG XBOX for the first time right now. Never really played HALO growing up besides some multiplayer here and there.

I liked the story even though it was a pain in the ass sometimes (especially the Library)

Maybe I’ll play the remake soon, I’m interested to see the way 343/HALO Studios iterated on it

It's a remake. If they are commited to the Halo IP they'd put all efforts towards new games and let someone else waste their resources on remakes nobody is asking for.
