Was actually one of the funnest video game moments in recent time.
Then we tried to play Halo 1 and damn that s*** was disappointing
Why the f*** do they have you play the prequel first on a newer engine then have you play the old ass one on the same engine that it was made on??? I thought the whole idea of this collection and ABSTAINING Halo 5 from the PC version was cause they were doing a total remastering of each game for PC specs???
All they f***ing did was redo the textures and lighting. S*** is wack.
Even Reach was just a port of the 360 version, but at least it was still fun with more recent gunplay.
Probably skipping to Halo 2, luckily 3 is coming out next week.
Really can't wait for ODST though, that was probably my fav one.

these were always just supposed to be ports with some pc features added halo 5 isnt coming yet because its not in the mcc on xbox

I realize that. I had too much hope for game devs these days. Should've known better.
I thought Halo 5 was out on MCC for Xbox cause it came out to celebrate the creation of Halo 5? And they were going to release Halo 5 with it when it was done? Guess it must've been Halo 4.

Also, Halo Reach is a prequel. I assumed they remastered the old game on the reach engine or something, but that would've been too cool.

Jul 10, 2020·1 replyDamn lmao my laptop can't even run Combat Evolved on the original graphics without occasional lag. Weird thing is I have the original CE downloaded on my laptop and it runs fine. Was looking forward to playing 3 online but I guess I'm f***ed

In the hiddenxperia/Marty interview they touched on how it’s not the same experience anymore because they had to format CE to play on new hardware, small upgrades and tweaks so it can run nice
