Halsey asked them because she had a movie in mind to make with the album and they responded they would commit to do it if they could get involved with the whole proyect. Also they just did 3 movies scores and covid kicked in, they read a letter she wrote asking if they could help to deliver a story she had in mind and sent 4 songs she had already. They ask for the stems to see if they could make something, they experiment and work with only the acapellas. They think they have something so then send them back with the ideas they had to see if she liked the work

I’m late but she did it again this is an amazing album. Going from Lilith to Girl Is A Gun hit like crazy and the song writing was as great as I expected.
