    Relapse

It really is. It addressed literally everything that he felt (and he did) he was going to face when he announced he became a Christian.

Anyone that says JIK is barebones surface "I love Jesus" music should listen to this song.

Also the only song that isnt i love jesus tho

This album probably looks one dimensional to people without Christian backgrounds

"What have you been hearin' from the Christians?
They'll be the first one to judge me,
Make it feel like nobody love me,
Make you feel alone in the dark and you'll never see the light."

Tbh JIK had zero misses and imma stand by that statement to whoever fights it

It has a song for each and every mood and whenever you feel something you can play one of the songs and it fits

Happy you play Every Hour or Selah or Water and Jesus is Lord

Vibing you play Follow God and On God and Everything We Need, Closed on Sunday

Sad you play Hands On, Use This Gospel, God Is

what all these songs have in common is by the end of each track you feel a deep feeling of warmth or happiness, it's like every track on this album is full of comfort, like I really get that this album was kanye's inspiration and product of fighting off his demons and it was obvious that he needed help the most at this period of time when he decided to take this path throughout the music as XTCY, I Love It, throughout his indecisiveness and scrapping Yandhi numerous times, and throughout his interviews.

also some speculation was out there that he sampled the violin sound off the Joker movie soundtrack on Hands On, is that true?

I’ve been saying this from day 1.
You really have to have a spiritual connection to appreciate this album.

These kids aren’t gonna appreciate it
