Just beat Dawn of War 2 on Primarch difficulty. Frustratingly hardest game I’ve beaten in recent memory. So much so that any subsequent play throughs will not be on this difficultly setting. It wasn’t fun.
Halo 2 campaign LASO (Legendary All Skulls On). Took me over a month to finish it….. Painstakingly hard. Impossible without guides

Chaos Rising and Retribution are sooo much fun, both stand alone releases tho but very much worth to play if you have finished DoW2
uhhh idk about the hardest, but i love hard games like Souls/Sekiro, Cuphead, MHW… anyone got suggestions for similarly hard + fun games available on Xbox? i’m playing Dead Cells, Hollow Knight, and Crash trilogy remaster (the first one is kicking my ass) rn
i need proper bang head against wall hard game, im not really into the souls type game either
Jump King for sure

You'd love Super Meat Boy if you haven't tried it already

oh yeah i really need to play this, especially considering how much i love Binding of Isaac
appreciate the rec
Castlevania wasn't that bad from what I remember but castlevania 3 is impossible
That game’s rough as s***. I gave up and started using save states after the 6th level with Alucard
I beat Halo 5 Legendary Solo in August 2020 and that was hard as f*** because the path finding on the AI teammates is pretty much useless.
I’m playing Halo CE on Solo Legendary rn but I’ve put that on hold since I’m on The Library. Need to find exploits to beat that level otherwise I’m fine with no finishing it

Same and I promised myself I was not gonna use them before I started
Think I used it by the doppelganger level, even just getting to the boss with enough health/lives was hard enough
bloodborne dlc was pretty difficult ngl
valkyrie queen in gow was also pretty annoying

Yea gonna do a new play through on Captain, then move onto Chaos Rising
idk, hardest was probably S-ranking every expert boss on Cuphead and P-ranking all the run'n'gun levels.
also beating the Witness with no guides or looking up anything, probably not hard but I love challenging myself with puzzle games and that one gets wild
Probably Sekiro
I'd have to replay old games like Contra and Battletoads though, they might be harder

You play Cuphead yet?
