50 cent's decline is far bigger and sadder when you think about it. At least Madonna was thriving for decades. 50 peaked way too damn early

Na facts but with 50 decline people act like him and his label didn’t have beef in 2007-2009 he was still dropping fire ( minus most of curtis) the label just didn’t f*** with him

Agreed, 50 was HUGE in the mid 2000’s younger posters can’t relate, but after Curtis people literally didn’t give a f***! Makes you wonder how much help he actually had with get rich, or whether he just bought into his own hype and got lazy

he had a few misses but there's a lot of fire that got overlooked after his peak. i'm specifically talking down commercial decline. it was 50 vs the machine, at that point.

he bought into his own hype and was coasting and when he had a back to back flop with amusement park and straight to the bank is when he opened his eyes and started getting desperate

I don't think her career aged badly at all, she still was able to make hits for almost 4 decades straight despite peaking in the 80s.

I remember when they dropped, people were mad disappointed, I wasn’t personally a fan of ayo tech or I get money either just so far from the type of song everyone loved him for, blatant crossovers

i felt like a f***in fool. I remember both circulating on mixtapes prior to the release of the album. I was hyping them up like "he's back" but both flopped and I didn't even acknowledge it. I immediately started listening to graduation and pretended like I wasn't just hyping up mid months ago lol s*** was mad embarrassing. never cared for either of them too, especially not ayo technology lol
