My friend got the wrong really LASIK meant for ppl with way bigger eyes than him and now he’s paralyzed from the neck down. Dude just woke up one day and couldn’t move and it was because of the LASIK.

I do remember I went to a very reputable spot and even coughed up the extra money for the full laser treatment. Coulda paid 2k but said f*** it im scared heres 4k lol. Lower odds of any complications. And yeah I was almost close to not having enough cornea to qualify for LASIK. It has to be thick enough for them to be able to shave it down to the correct shape with the lasers, otherwise it won't work.
In the end I'm glad I did what I did. Such a relief to not need glasses.
