Kendrick didn't pioneer taking a social media/cellphone break but yeah intermittent breaks from these things is great. I keep IG off my phone for weeks at a time and it improves my mental health a lot

I didn't have a phone for like half a year in 2016 😂
I had a Samsung Chromebook and just simply couldn't talk to people until i got home or got to some wifi. Till this day really not sure how i pulled that off. I had a gf and everything during that period deadass didn't have a phone because she the one that broke it. I eventually got a new phone and it was a Walmart joint with straight talk.

Until my dad told me about some phone plan that comes with a free phone and he got me an iphone. Now I'm paying 60 dollars a month and I be having 8 hours of screen time. I said all that to say don't help niggas
that don't wanna be helped.

Edit: i just realized I went all the way from 2016- to half of 2017 with only a Chromebook. No phone.
