I work from home so I don’t even have a second place

Have to be able to afford to go out, to have a third place

My third place used to be just riding on scooters throughout the city listening to Sonic and Dragon Ball soundtracks but Dallas took them out

I think barcades can be a third place for me but there’s only so many times I can play the same games without being bored.

I have a couple karaoke bars I go to on Tuesdays and Sundays. Both of them have a weekly open mic so I get to play my own s***, catch up with friends and meet new people. It's a pretty expensive activity after drinks and tips, but I've been doing it for years and it's an ideal outlet for me that really blew up my social circle.

And that third place of course extends when a friend wants to kick it afterwards.

But I will say I live in Los Angeles so it's not surprising that I have options to choose from and I feel very fortunate to have them. I could never live in a small town at this point.
