Yep. It was basically like I was in my place but it was blackout night and all the lights were off. And I saw basically a completely black figure covered in like Hebrew white letters or some s*** walking around the room but like with unnatural speed

Also saw the Snapchat ghost that same night.. it also felt like i was falling off my couch and my vision started turning into white noise.. thought i was gonna DIE frr

Another time i heard crayz demonic screaming while i felt an hand grabbing my arm

I usually induce sleep paralysis voluntarily through extremely focused meditation. It is always with the intent to astral project but I always end up lucid dreaming lol

Luckily i knew what was happening when it happened otherwise i would be in shambles

Yea pretty much this, had it one time as a kid

I kept dreaming that I was waking up, but I'd be in bed and I couldn't move or anything, then I'd wake up and it'd be like oh that's a dream, then it just looped a few times until I actually woke up

I used to every night as a kid, was scary asf at first then eventually I would just close my eyes and go back to sleep lol

One time I had a dream like this but I was getting up out of bed opening the door, waking up again, opening the door take a step or two wake up again
It was super scary and I ended up running through my house after cus I thought I was dead or something

It’s f***ing draining this is the second time it happened to me in like 2 weeks

Saw the Conjuring nun during my sleep paralysis

My first experience ever (was sleeping on my stomach) it was night and I feel like I woke up and saw a girl with a white robe sitting on the ledge of my window, she looks back at me and its a demon and I start talking s***. Then, I felt someone was squeezing my ass cheeks so hard and the white noise pressure was insane

My most recent one was me hearing some demon whisper like “skskskskkss”

Plaged me my entire life

First time I was really young, some gator came in my room was trying to get out of my room, and basically ended up in a loop where I would keep dying and ending up in my bed.

I sometimes have conversations with people and wake up and they never happened, the first time that happened I had to check with the person because I thought it was real.

It happens when I'm anxious about something, so I can go through cycles of failing to wake up.

When I broke up with my ex and she moved out I would have sleep paralysis of her coming back and not being able to talk to her.

Haven't had one in a while, but did for the fist time yesterday, was just trying to wake up and consistently failing to get myself up, rolling out of bed and experiencing the pain of that, but then realizing I actually haven't moved.

At one point maybe a year or so ago I think I experienced a projection. Was just moving around my room aware of what was going on but not able to actually move.

Yea it was thrilling. Fun even, I wasn’t scared although I did try screaming at first. I saw my history professor with her t*** out, that was my paralysis demon.
