I have been gaming a lot in lockdown and i think that f***ed up my posture. Its really really bad, i need some help. Have any of yall managed to fix your posture?
Has anyone corrected bad posture with deadlifting? That exercise does wonders for my back and neck
my homie told me it took his homie 1 year and like 3 months to correct APT
What did he do to fix it
Stopped wearing a shoulder bag, my right shoulder stopped being ~5cm lower than the left one
Posture is still f***ed up from 8 years of fencing but I’m working on that
Yes and its actually worked
You need 3 things:
A cheap velcro back supporter
A lumbar support pillow
Neck traction device
Its not perfect cause i miss a lot of days and just get lazy to put them on (like right now lmao)
But ive definitely seen clear improvements
no. i got offered free physiotherapy for my posture and back pain over a year and a half ago and i haven't bothered yet.
Imagine being hunched over
The Mensendieck system is a therapeutic movement technique claimed to be both corrective and preventive.
doc adviced me this for my back. havent had time to go yet
Been sleeping without pillow and it kinda worked out for me. However my posture never was bad since I naturally sit fairly upright.
Yeah takes a long time. Takes a combo of strength training, stretching, PT style work, and daily attention.
I’m posture conscious throughout the day.
