Heavy deads
For real this, and good form on everything
Squats, front squats, over head presses all of that makes you focus on "back straight shoulders proud"
Deadlifts strengthen the lower back, barbell and pendlay row strengthen the mid back, reverse flyes target upper.
Eventually everything sorts itself out
Looking back at pictures 4 months ago i had horrible posture
I think people reseck me a little more because I no longer walk around hunched
i've helped my posture with a more ergonomic work set up, doing exercises for my shoulders, neck, upper back, and sleeping better. also just be more mindful of stretching and how you stand
Athlean X on youtube if you wanna know the quickest way to fix whatever postural issues you have
Yes and its actually worked
You need 3 things:
A cheap velcro back supporter
A lumbar support pillow
Neck traction device
Its not perfect cause i miss a lot of days and just get lazy to put them on (like right now lmao)
But ive definitely seen clear improvements
You dont need any of this bullshit lmaoo
definitely have made a conscious effort to fix it over the years
lifting has helped a little too
