i’m gonna see a neurologist whenever i can. hopefully they can see me before i leave the state next week. they did diagnose me with myoclonic jerking. so did yours get better do you suffer at all anymore?

Yea it's gone but I basically just exercised smoked bud drank a lot and did some breathing exercises. It's a weird story. But I know of people who didn't do that who have this issue and it's often weed related

Yea man, tbh the way I see it is weed releases stress but if u have a lot of stress it can cause shirt term anxiety and make the symptoms worse. Exercise also relieves stress but I found it made my muscles tenser and ultimately I got a lot of joint pain. The drinking helps relieve tension and joint pain but it f***s ur head up hard.

I don't think you'll need to do all that maybe just exercise. Maybe the doctor will help all they did was give me Klonopin and muscle relaxers

This is normal, it happens to everyone.

Stress and anxiety can cause this. Happened to me before I got on antidepressants
