Tried calling them to fix it today and spoke with the worlds highest man in the tech department. He just went on a tangent about how Sony TVs were the best

Problem is they spend all their money on the stylistic/visual appeal of the app and no money on the functionality. The rewind and forward buttons are like something from 20 years ago, it’s ridiculous.
