HBO would have to convince every single actor from GOT to return and pay them a s*** load of money.
(The main cast members were each making $250,000 per episode).
And they would probably demand even more to return.They would also have to make sure all the actors cleared their schedules in order to film.
Then spend money to rebuild all the sets and hire new writers to rewrite the final seasonIt would cost far too much money and resources. Season 8 will never be remade, especially considering HOTD is a huge hit
