was that the lord commander ?
Nah just some lord that told Rhaenyra he had her back. But he really was loyal in the end.
RIP my dude
The real answer for why rhaenys didn't kill em is obvious, this was a added scene that def wasn't in books so no one important could get offed.
They just wanted a big epic cool moment cuz this episode was kinda mid compared to the rest and didn't really think it through which is why the explanations in the interviews trying to rationalize it story wise are so goofy, ppl in this topic have made better cases for her decision than the writers themselves
lol you not wrong but I think they can fix it a good bit if next episode rhaenys warns nyra of whats happened but also tell her to keep the peace, which in turn helps alicent. I don't see her looking at alicent like that in the final scene and then going right to rhaenyra and telling her to off all them asap tbh
Just don't expect anything like this or thr movies, its pretty and expensive mid
That’s all I’ve heard about it and why I’ve been putting it off
I just heard Sonoya Mizuno‘a real voice.
Why did they do her like that man
She speaking like shes Jamaican smh
Think I might finally peep that LOTR show when this ends.
Dont waste your time, its mid af, watch the bear instead
I think they get screeners on Wednesday. Should be seeing hype tweets soon
grace said they're not giving out screeners for the finale, they're keeping it under wraps
Dont waste your time, its mid af, watch the bear instead
I’ve been meaning to check that out as well, appreciate the reminder.
Bruhhhh ain't NO WAY they just had this greasy mf jerk off to the Queen's feet
f***in wild
Also no shot she would realistically shame herself like that

Why wouldn't she?
Why wouldn't she?
Idk you could tell she was visibly disgusted
Kinda wild she would subject herself to that, considering the power she wields. Especially if you consider it happened after what Rhaenys told her about always serving men.

Yea it disgusts her, but that is the agreement she has made with Larys in order to receive exclusive information.
Alicent might be Queen, but she was raised in a patriarchal society where men still have all the true power. Her only true purpose has been to make babies for Viserys, thats pretty much it.
She doesn't know how to stand up for herself, because she never had any guidance as a teen on how to do that
So instead she just falls in line with the way society is
