I’m a book reader, but I cant lie the book purists are really overreacting about that scene

I’m seeing people compare it to season 8 GOT, and that it was the most underwhelming thing they’ve ever seen

Like bruh we just watched a mother be forced to choose which child to kill, and then we were forced to hear him get decapitated…that didn’t make you feel anything ???
