Rip to the man but no need to scare people from the vaccine. 9 million have been vaccinated. How many have died?
Maybe he got an allergic reaction?

an allergic reaction that causes your kidneys to fail and lungs to stop working?

    no thanks

u probably wont get the same reaction. i get it, this is an awful way to go out but we can't blame the vaccine, even if it was rushed. almost everyone that have taken the vaccine have been fine. it's like ur taking a large risk by driving cus there are alot of car crashes yet people are more scared of plane crashes even though they are far more infrequent

like i said i work from home and the only other person i see works from home and we live together and never leave (by choice because of the pandemic)

i’m fine with personally not getting the vaccine. not worth the risk for me

i can see why others need to get it, but with my risk of catching covid low, the potential risk of negative effects from the vaccine outweigh the benefits for me

so u just wanna live like that for atleast another year?

Also undiagnosed disease/health issues. The amount of stories I’ve heard of random people dying from a heart attack cause by an undiagnosed condition is a lot

I'm really not trying to scare anyone and I don't think his family is either, we just demand clear answers to prevent this from happening. It shouldn't have happened in the first place but the best we could do now is stop it again. Based on the article it sounds like an allergic reaction but the cause is being delayed for months of testing.

    We Didnt Like That

I agree but what were our other options? The lockdown took a heavy toll on businesses which led to massive layoffs and people's mental health from that and being inside all day.

It's only controversial because a lot of people are vocal in making the vaccines seem flawless and writing off every death so far. Everyone at my work is skeptical which is a good thing given the rushed production. We can't even talk about it without being labeled anti vax

for real, i have said i am not anti vax and am up to date on all my vaxs, i just don’t particularly trust this one and i tend to get labeled anti vax instantly on here.

as far as options, i agree there aren’t many. i think every individual needs to weigh the risk / reward from getting it and choose whether or not it’s worth it

i’m not against people getting the covid vaccine, i just don’t think i should be forced or guilted into taking it if my risk of spreading it is low. i have the luxury of not needing to leave my house, i understand others don’t have that privilege though

it’s controversial to say but i still believe the vaccines were too rushed and not fully ready for the public

    edit:

it’s uncertain, but it’s possible you can still infect people with covid even if you are vaccinated

Do the Covid vaccines prevent you from spreading the virus, or do they just protect you from getting sick?
    .
Scientists don’t know yet—and the uncertainty has big implications during the rollout of the vaccines.
    .
Pfizer and Moderna, the companies that developed the vaccines authorized in the U.S. so far, say their vaccines are about 95% effective at preventing people from getting sick with Covid symptoms. But there’s not enough evidence yet on whether the vaccines also prevent asymptomatic infection and transmission.

and if that’s the case, what is the point of the vaccine if you can still spread it?

I don't think this has anything to do with liberals but I'm not into conspiracy theories but I am reading about this a lot because it's better to take in all the information yourself and not just listen to anybody else you should try it, don't believe me just go read up on Pfizer yourself

    this is a good point.

i think it’s a risk assessment thing - some people don’t drive because they have a fear of accidents so it keeps them from driving, others drive all the time

if you can take the risk of getting it then go ahead, me personally i am going to stay off the road (for now) - but also i don’t work in a public setting so i feel ok about my choice, since i know i will not be spreading it

Since the existence of the vaccines is to manage risk for the general population, that's the exact opposite of what is happening

supposedly the covid vaccine was developed using what they had and learned from the original SARS and MERS vaccines. there's a breakdown on it but goddamn it's like a f***ing essay
