There’s a reason the USSR went from a semi-feudal state to one of the strongest nations in the world post WW2, same for China. Soviets were the first to launch a satellite in space . Living standards were increased exponentially for millions thru the gains of workers owning the means of production. Socialism isn’t perfect but capitalism will never be more efficient as long as most of the wealth gets collected in a few hands, when corporations are competing against one another in a given society for profits.

I had a patient tell me that she doesn't let her child talk to other white people because "they might be mean", she also said her daughter couldn't be friends with anyone unless the mother fully interrogated them about where they stand politically/lgtb. Her kid is 7.... that is insane
That's just called helicopter parenting though. Not a new phenomenon.
