So my mom and I are moving into a new place but we are undecided on which one to choose.

Home 1 is a two story 2br townhouse that’s $1850 and is not brand new but very clean.

Home 2 is a three story 3br condo that’s $2500, brand new, modern appliances, and we’d be the first tenants. It was built last year and is breathtaking.

On top of this, I will not be staying home as I’m in college. I’ll be paying rent on my college campus on top of whatever property we pick (I do get financial aid). I am going to work on campus and send money home and try to avoid using my credit cards for the rent.

Which home would ya’ll pick as college students trying to help your family? Also my brother prefers his own room and is 5yrs old.
