I agree 100%. Here are the lease agreements for Home 2 from my email. A $3500 deposit is crazy
Refundable Security Deposit at the end of the lease –3500$ ( To Satisfy Credit Requirements)
Lease Fee – 175$Monthly rent – 2500$ + Water/Sewer 50$ flat rate no limit on usage = $2550
Pet Fee – No Pets Submitted
Lease Start Date – 09/01/2023 Or Sooner – 08/31/2024.Utilities Responsible For -> Electricity, Internet/Cable if required.
Dedicated Property Manager, HOA Fee , Trash, Common Area snow removal, Landscaping, Exterior Maintenance all included in the rent
