Yea, i’m not saying I disagree with OPs criteria, but as it stands, Drake is one of maybe like 5 rappers that fit this criteria. I don’t mind the rigidness, but kinda seems impossible for others to fit in it

I feel like you don’t have to have all of them, the hometown isn’t as important, but it can be another thing that can make the artist relatable and appeal to brand and image. There are other things you can do to supplement that tho
